I had a turbo put in my 2017 Ford F-350 super duty. Northeast Auto did an excellent job they did exactly what they said they were going to do. Steve the owner came out looked at my truck said he’d take care of it and he did. I drove the truck for the last month no problems at all very happy with the job they did highly recommend Northeast Auto.

I just want to let everyone at Northeast Auto and Truck Service that I appreciate everything they do. As a woman it is so often we are taken advantage of when it comes to auto care. I can tell you that at Northeast I can bring my truck in and know that I will get the service I need and an explanation I understand as to why. I’m given choices on how and when to handle future services my truck may require. The staff is so knowledgeable about all the new technology that many of our vehicles now are equipped with. They also serve older vehicles. My father has a ford truck that’s 27 years old. He has kept it in the best running condition on his own. He is getting up in age and since bringing it to Northeast Auto and Truck he trusts their knowledge and continues to drive his truck today. I recommend Northeast to all my family and friends.

If they had 10 stars I would give it to them. My Sprinter RV was damaged and they were so helpful. They fixed “Stella”t during the holidays and made me feel comfortable leaving my RV with them. Mike made me feel calm and he explained all my silly questions. Would recommend work done by this company.

The company knew I was traveling from another state and I only had one vehicle. Therefore, they made arrangements to have me picked up and dropped off to accommodate me while they worked on my 2022 Chevy truck. They did a great job on adding the airbags to the rear of my truck. It looks professionally done and everything works great. The front alignment was still off a little after i left the shop but the next morning they called to ask me how everything was and i told them about the alignment. They have already rescheduled me to bring the truck back at my convenience. I would highly recommend this company.

Recently had an oil change and fuel filter changed on our Winnebago view diesel. Very pleased with the cost and efficiency the work was done. Will definitely use them again on our sprinter. North East Auto and Truck Service specifically Cheri came and saved the day when I needed them!!! We just relocated and drove our truck towing a cargo trailer 1500 miles from up north. The common Hemi manifold issue needed to be fixed as well as front brakes from the drive. We only have our truck with us and are in the process of house hunting so this was a very inconvenient time for auto repairs. Cheri definitely solved all of those concerns. She was so amazing to work with. She set me up with a loaner vehicle so we could continue our house hunting process and have zero down time. The entire process was so seamless with text messages showing videos of what needs to be fixed , the ability to approve work orders and ordering the needed parts. Such a well oiled machine at North East Auto. My truck was fixed within 3 days!!!! Let me say that again … 3 days from a walk in appointment. That is unheard of from where we are from. The work was performed flawlessly and best of all I have a 2 year / 24 month warranty on the work they performed. I am beyond impressed with this company and the entire process. Took my Mustang there for a check engine light and a past due 100,000 mile check up. They were very professional and courteous. They noted a significant problem that had been causing a vibration that I couldn’t figure out. Offered a loaner car without charge and delivered my vehicle back two days earlier than expected. I was having multiple problems with my 2017 deasel rv since I purchased it 2 years ago until a friend suggested North East Auto and Truck. Now my problems are a thing of the past. I blew the exhaust side of my turbo diesel on Friday. All my research point to North East Auto and Truck Service. Dropped it off Monday morning. We expected 5 days or more since all parts I destroyed had to come from the manufacturer. I planned for the following Monday and they were finished Thursday, ahead of prediction. They were very thorough and transparent with the initial inspection, detailed in the proposed scope of work that I approved in full, and honest regarding the damage ended up not as extensive as originally contemplated after they got into it and were able to perform closer inspections. Communication was great. The online system for quotes, proposal acceptance and payment was really easy and a must since I was on vacation in Ocala when this happened. AND I genuinely liked the three individuals I met at North East, Mike, Steve and Sally(?)Sara(?)Sue(?); it’s been a minute. Very pleased, would recommend North East to everyone excluding my enemies.

My experience with NE Auto was very positive. Mike was excellent to work with and everyone there was very good with diesels, much better than my Jeep dealer was. They gave me a loaner to drive which was much better than having to get a rental due to the Jeep dealer not having any for their customers.

Great shop! One of our cars was at another place for a simple alignment…for two days (we had an appointment and everything). I think the reality at the other shop was they lied about the ability of their staff or equipment to properly align a newer car with the fancy Lane Keep and Auto-Drive systems. They took care of us in a pinch – worked the car in on a day where it became an emergency for us. Needless to say, we will be back in the future as our needs for automotive services arrive.

North East Auto did a great job on my 2019 Colorado. They accurately diagnosed several trouble areas and replaced the parts. I’m back on the road with a nice running truck.

Needed an oil change and overall check on a Ford E450 chassis before a trip and was a ble to get an appt the next day. Very friendly and knowledgeable maintenance shop. Very thorough and timely work done at a fair price. This is now the place I will bring all my truck work to!

NE Truck Service is the most professional repair shop I’ve ever used…There’s no way they can improve on customer service…They have a pin point diagnostic troubleshooting system…Furthermore, they communicate by using photos of the actual parts on the vehicle so that you know exactly what they are referring to when they explain something…I will never go back to the dealer’s service dept for repair because they pressure me to buy a new vehicle…NE Auto & Truck Service is where I’ll go.

Great service. Got new tires and an alignment from them. They went over my vehicle while they had it and found a small oil leak that I didn’t know I had and let me know so I could get it repaired by the dealer under warranty. Highly recommend them for any vehicle maintenance.

Mike and the team at North East were great to work with. They were patient while we tried to figure out who, if anyone, would cover the repair cost as the issue was bad diesel fuel in my 2016 Ford F350 with a 6.7 diesel. This took about 50 days and they allowed my truck to sit in their lot the whole time. Once everyone flaked out and I decided I would never purchase fuel from a Walmart gas station again, North East made sure they took care of the really urgent items, but advised me of some repairs that I’m capable of doing on my own. They got the truck repaired quickly and I’m very happy with the work. My insurance carrier also advised me that the price was more than fair, well below estimates they’ve seen from other shops. There was one small hiccup that caused the check engine light to come on after I got the truck back. Since the shop was on my way home from an errand, I stopped in and they were able to diagnose and fix it quickly. This did not alter my view of their work at all as they had to replace my entire fuel system, including injectors. Combined with repairing some worn seals, both the cab had to come off as well as the engine from the frame. On top of it, the mechanic doing the work also had their first kid and came in on the weekend to finish the work. With that amount of work and craziness in life, I was shocked there was not anything else missed. I would highly recommend North East Auto and Truck Service to anyone needing a great mechanic. Particularly anyone needing work on a Powerstroke, North East should be your first call.

North East did an EXCELLENT job of aligning my Nissan Frontier. Unfortunately they could not fully bring my left front tire into the proper camber setting. They did inform me the bolts were over torqued by someone else, but did not fully explain what could be done to correct the issue, other than “something” needs to be replaced.

North East Auto and Truck is as professional a business as you will find. I recently bought a used truck expecting to put some repairs into it. I brought it to the team at North East and they started with an extensive review of every part of the truck. They found all the issues that I had found, plus 5-10 more things that truly needed to be done. I was allowed to pick and choose what services needed to be done with zero pressure to add additional services. The work was done quickly and the communication was great. North East went above and beyond what I would expect out of a repair shop. I was happy, I know you will be too.

No complaints truck is running great. A little pricey but knowledge isn’t cheap. Great customer service, I will return. For a ford specialist they accepted a ram lol.

Steve, Mike and the crew do an excellent job and bend over backwards to accommodate the clint. Steve took time out of his schedule to give me ride to the rental car office because their loaner was unavailable but made sure I could get it for the next few days while my repairs we’re completed saving a couple hundred bucks. The work was completed in a timely manner and the brakes are working perfectly. Thanks guys for the great service. Found this service three years ago and the whole process was 100% positive. I thought my Ford dealer in Wisconsin had done a full check for this years trip south, they missed two big issues so I only trust North East auto and truck to diagnosis and fix my Ford truck. Incredible customer service , love the video so I can actually see the problem. I thought my steering was getting a bit loose but it was more than that and my dealer missed it ! I choose Northeast Auto and Truck Repair because they are truck specialists. They pinpointed the exact problem, gave me an accurate estimate and completed the work on time. They provided videos and photos of the complex issue with the estimate. All of the employees I had contact with were courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions about the work and sourcing the parts. In my book these guys are the best at what they do. If you want skilled professionals who stand behind their work, these are your guys.

Have dealt with this company for over a year, since we moved here from Colorado. Unfortunately our dodge truck ha a bad case of the death wobbles, this is not a find your current. I had to use the truck for a move and in between they kept working on me moving and working on it till we got that out. The front desk is courteous and helpful and scheduling. Very pleasant, I would be happy to recommend them from my experience!!

Took my elderly Betsy in as continued to run terrible! Had already been to a couple of shops and obviously they must have just given me the change parts special! Common in most of South Florida and repair shops now. I love this place! It took them two weeks + to get parts and do repairs but that was ok with me as long as it got fixed. I was amazed at how much Josh had to do. What a major repair. BUT IT SHOULD BE WORTH EVERY PENNY. They stand behind their work. Only just now drove it home from shop and she is better than new. Being new to the area, I was in need of a garage that had the expertise to work on Ford Super Duty trucks. Specifically having the Ford Diagnostic computer programs available to their Techs. After research and recommendations I came to North East Auto & Truck. The service writers Ashley and Mike were extremely helpful and friendly. I was provided with diagnosis of problems, photos and videos which showed the work needed. And a fair estimate for each area of the described work. Steve Roberts the owner gave me a tour of the shop and talked with me about not only my concerns, but of the history of his garage. Showing me his collection of diagnostic computers for the 3 major brands of vehicles and all the vehicle lifts and the alignment machine. All great equipment and fairly new. The technician who work on my Super Duty was Josh. He kept me informed about everything done and what needed attention in the future. The truck was repaired and able to be picked up sooner that I expected. And that was very much appreciated. These folks also provided me with a favor, a task I could not do myself, but I knew they could on our 2nd Super Duty. For them it was a 15 minute job, but it really helped us out. And that also was appreciated. Considering that I was new as a customer, not one of their regulars, I still felt I was accepted as one of those regulars. And that also stuck in my mind. First impressions always have a ring of truth. North East Auto & Truck will retain my business. They have a great staff and a well organized garage. OUTSTANDING! Prompt, honest, kind, cheerful! When Ashley said she would get it done, she goes way beyond fulfilling expectations! I was referred here and although they were busy, they allowed me to have my truck towed here. Now I will be a customer for life! She also arranged for a loaner while services were being done so I could continue to work!! They switched out my fifth wheel hitch from my old truck to my new one and found a few issues. So they are helping me out with that. AWESOME People!! Even the owner came out to say hello and helped with the hitch.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. By far the best place you can take your vehicle to. This shop has proven trustworthy, honest, fair, and thorough in their work. I’ve had my car in and out of shops this year and nobody could figure out my car’s issue. I’m talking hundreds upon hundred of dollars spent, time wasted, not to mention struggling to get around without a car in the meantime. Just when I was considering giving up all together, I brought my car here for one last try. And THANK GOD I did. I was about to junk my precious car over an affordable repair that I had actually already had “repaired” at a previous garage. The previous garage used after market parts after telling me they used original equipment (OE brand name parts). I am so grateful and relieved to know I can just take my car to NE Auto without any worry whatsoever. Outstanding service and reasonable prices – I won’t ever go to a dealership again! My 2001 Lexus LS430 had a few small issues. Rather than take it to Tampa or Orlando to a dealership, I asked around and a few people recommended North East to me. They were in constant communication and kept me in the loop regarding an estimate and when the service would be done. They explained everything in detail when I picked up the car and made sure I understood everything they had done. Highly recommended!

My 2019 f250 was hit by lightning.I made an appointment and It sat at a so called ford specialist for 2 months, they never touched it. I made an appointment and it Went to the dealer in Inverness sat there for 2 months they got to turn over but not start.I met a man at the DMV in Ocala that suggested Northeast auto and truck repair I made an appointment had the truck towed there and they had it running that day! There’s a lot of people claim to be specialist they’s guys truly are!They kept there word did exactly what they said they would do.I would recommend anyone with auto troubles no matter how new out of warranty, especially a ford take to Northeast Auto &Truck it’s worth the drive I definitely saved a lot of money. We had a problem with the 4wd serv light coming on and I had already changed the 4wd transfer case Is actuator motor before bringing the truck in and ended up being that the new re-built TCAM was bad and was told on the phone that it was the transfer case motor “inside” the transfer case so I thought they were changing something inside the transfer case but found out when I picked up the truck it was the same pare I changed in 15 minutes a few days before had she told me it was the same part the transfer actuator motor then I would have taken the truck back and taken the bad part back to the parts store and got a different one. Good new is that this business did the job and it’s right I in no way agree with how this went down if a customer had brought this to me and I seen and after the customer told me that they just changed this part I would have told them it’s the same part and you need to come get your vehicle and exchange this bad part it would have been way cheaper than the route we went. So I give them 4 stars and they are a very good shop there was just a bit of misunderstanding and and it’s all good that pesky light is gone and I can put this truck up for sale.

Steve and his team replaced the motor mounts and upper and lower ball joints on my 2016 Ram 3500 and I feel so fortunate this service was needed when I was in Ocala. This is my second experience with them, and I am increasingly convinced they are the finest mechanics I have ever encountered for service on heavy duty work trucks. They are as ethical as they are qualified, and I am grateful to everyone from the office to the people turning wrenches on my vehicle. Thank you all so very much!

I was on a run with an oversized yacht and my Chevy Silverado started smoking bad, I had my Truck towed to Northeast Auto and Truck, they immediately took me in and started diagnosing my truck, they found my truck blew out an oil cooling line and had me in and out within a few hours , they also went beyond the repair and cleaned all the oil off of my truck and engine! I had the opportunity to visit North East Auto and Truck service for the first time to have a wheel alignment on my Ford Super Duty. I was not surprised to learn that I needed some parts replaced as is often the case with a “routine” alignment. What did surprise me was the total job cost around $300 LESS than the estimate I approved. This practice just plain doesn’t happen often enough! My experience was awesome, the customer service was top notch, and the shop owner Steve met with me when I picked up my truck to assure my satisfaction. WOW, this shop has customer service dialed in! Great job by everyone, and thank you for the quality and integrity your shop promotes!

I had been referred to Steve over 15 years ago and have been bringing my vehicles to NE Auto ever since. Even on short notice they are very accommodating to get my car in for service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They keep me informed on potential issues with tires, brakes, or belts so I can plan future repairs. If they find something, they will not do anything without calling me and discussing it. I have total faith and confidence in the work they do and highly recommend them.

My transmission failed In Ocala, I live in the Charlotte area. I had no idea who to call. Fortunately a friend did know. My truck was taken into North East garage and diagnosed. Unfortunately, my transmission was done. A remanufactured transmission was ordered and installed and I go it back sooner than I expected. The4 shops work was thorough and reasonable. There was a delay in getting the transmission but it was on Ford’s end rather than the Shop’s. The techs worked late to get my truck back on the road. Being from out of town, they could have charged any price they wanted and I would have had to pay it. The estimate was actually higher than the final bill. A very satisfied customer here. If it wasn’t so far, I’d have them do all my work. Thanks to Miss Sherry for keeping me informed every step of the way. Thanks to Steve and the techs for their professionalism and a job well done.

I have been to many repair shops over my 42 years of owning cars in all the places around the country where I have lived. However, in my experience, there are only a handful of shops that really know how to run a business and provide exceptional service to their customers. Steve Roberts’ shop is one of those businesses. After having a number of poor experiences here in Ocala, I took my daughter’s Lexus (used car purchase) to Steve’s shop for a full inspection. From the service advisor to the mechanics, the experience was great. All the work was explained and quoted to me ahead of time and completed in a timely manner. Subsequent repairs/maintenance have been dealt with correctly and at very fair prices. Vehicle issues are now one less problem for me to worry about. Thank you Steve and thank you to your staff.
