Who We Are
A U.S. veteran, owner Steve Roberts, served as an Army truck mechanic before working as a technician for multiple Ford dealerships. He eventually became Ford Master Certified and, in 2009, decided to serve the Ocala, Florida community under his brand: North East Auto and Truck Service. The mission — to serve our customers with the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. That’s why our highly trained technicians use the best tools, parts, and equipment available to repair and maintain our customers’ vehicles. It’s for these reasons that in 2017, our auto shop was voted Best of the Best in Marion County.

What We Do

How We Do It
North East Auto and Truck Service are guided by three critical principles: duty, honesty, and integrity. As an Army sergeant, Steve’s utmost responsibilities were his team’s welfare and his mission’s accomplishment. His mission is to provide quality inspections, diagnoses, and repairs so customers can have peace of mind their vehicles get them to their next destination. He accomplishes that by ensuring his team has the proper tools, equipment, training, and encouragement needed to get the job done right.
This also means giving back to the community that’s welcomed us since the beginning. In addition to supporting the Southeastern Youth Fair, we also donate one car a year to a select, homeless high school student.
